General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Generalities

The present conditions apply to the sale of beverages by EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE, a company registered in the Albi Trade and Companies Register under number 442 999 892 000 15, on French territory, directly online, through its website www.domaine-vayssette.fr.

Any order placed with EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE implies full acceptance of these conditions which detail the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer.

The company undertakes to supply the products in the catalogue, subject to their availability and within the limits of available stocks.


Article 2: Prices

The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of transport costs, ex our warehouses. EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

An invoice is issued for each order.


Article 3: Payment

The payment of orders is made by secure payment with the bank Crédit Agricole, through its secure payment system E-transactions.

In the event of non-payment, EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE may suspend all orders in progress, without prejudice to any other course of action.

EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE reserves the right not to honour the orders of any customer who has an outstanding debt in its books.

Article 4: Reservation of ownership

EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE reserves the ownership of the goods sold until the effective payment of the full price in principal and accessories. These provisions do not prevent the transfer to the client of the risks of loss and deterioration of the goods sold and of any damage they may cause.

Article 5: Cancellation clause

In the event of non-performance of any of its obligations by the customer, this contract shall be terminated by operation of law and without prior notice, if EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE sees fit, without prejudice to any damages that may be claimed from the customer.

Article 6: Force majeure

EARL DU DOMAINE VAYSSETTE may not be held liable if the non-execution or delay in the execution of its obligations is due to force majeure, which is an external, unforeseeable and irreversible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code.

Article 7: Competent court

Any dispute of any nature relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of amicable resolution, the dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Albi.
