These wines represent the originality of Gaillac wines.
Gaillac blanc perlé was born in Gaillac in 1957. This wine has the particularity of being slightly pearly.
The Gaillac Primeur is made like a Beaujolais Nouveau while keeping its typical character.
Gaillac sparkling wine and sweet white wine are products that made the reputation of Gaillac wines at the beginning of the century.
Our typical Gaillac wines are six in number:

Sweet white wine Cuvée Maxime
€18.30A golden yellow colour, clear and brilliant. A very rich and complex nose with aromas of dried apricot, pineapple and salted butter caramel. An explosive attack. Very rich and smooth, the exotic fruit notes persist on the palate. A very fine, complex and rich wine with a very long finish.
Keep for 15 years or more.
Serve at 9-10°C with foie gras, blue cheese, melon, chocolate or simply as an aperitif.

AOC Gaillac fresh dry white wine
€6.90A pale yellow colour, a clear and brilliant wine. A very fruity nose with citrus and floral notes. A lively attack in the mouth, the pearling brings freshness and brings out the fruity aromas.
A light and fruity wine.
Serve at 9-10°C with fish, seafood or simply as an aperitif.

AOC Gaillac ancestrale Brut method
€10.70This wine is very pleasant as an aperitif or with a tangerine liqueur. It goes well with fairly sweet desserts. It can also accompany an entire meal, for lovers of bubbles.

AOC Gaillac ancestral Dry method
€10.70Pale yellow colour, clear and bright. Long and fine bubbles. A pleasant and very aromatic nose. The dominant aromas are pear and apple. A pleasant attack, the apple and pear aromas are well present in the mouth. A fine and creamy bubble leaves a sensation of softness on the finish.
Can be kept for 1 to 2 years.
Serve at 8° C with dessert or simply as an aperitif.
