Our cuvées Gaillac wines

Our cuvées, wines of elegance and character.

These wines represent the top of the range of Gaillac wines from Domaine Vayssette.

These cuvées are intended to have character, reflecting the image of the estate's children, who inspired the names of the wines.

Hand-picking is of course essential to perfect the grapes.

There are 4 cuvées:

Active filters

  • Dry white wine Cuvée Clémence


    Pale yellow colour, clear and bright. An intense nose with aromas of white flesh fruits such as pear and toasted notes. A frank attack, a good length in the mouth and a good aromatic persistence. A wine with a nice roundness and a lot of fat in the mouth.

    Can be kept for 4 to 5 years.

    Serve at 12°C with fish, white meat, poultry, cheese or simply as an aperitif.

  • Les Jardins de Thibault - Braucol


    A red colour with violet reflections, an intense nose marked by spicy and fruity notes, more particularly blackcurrant. A bold opening with powerful tannins. A concentrated wine with a good length in the mouth, to be kept for 4 to 6 years, to be served at 16-18°C with meat such as lamb and duck as well as spicy dishes and cheese.

  • Sweet white wine Cuvée Maxime


    A golden yellow colour, clear and brilliant. A very rich and complex nose with aromas of dried apricot, pineapple and salted butter caramel. An explosive attack. Very rich and smooth, the exotic fruit notes persist on the palate. A very fine, complex and rich wine with a very long finish.

    Keep for 15 years or more.

    Serve at 9-10°C with foie gras, blue cheese, melon, chocolate or simply as an aperitif.

  • copy of Red wine Cuvée Léa


    A garnet-red colour with violet reflections, an intense and complex nose marked by fruity notes, more particularly morello cherry. A frank attack with powerful and silky tannins. A beautiful complexity, we find the aromas of morello cherry and a vanilla side in mouth. Good length.

    Keeping potential of 7 to 10 years.

    Serve at 16-18°c with meat such as beef, lamb and duck as well as game in sauce and cheese. Try with chocolate.
