Harvesting
The harvest is carried out manually in crates to avoid compacting the grapes as much as possible. The main focus remains on quality.
Vinification
Manual harvest. Vinification: The pressing, carried out with a pneumatic press, makes it possible to obtain a very clean must.
After a short settling, the alcoholic fermentation has started. Temperatures have been maintained at 16°C to keep the aromas as fresh as possible.

Tasting

Visual
Pale yellow colour. Clear and bright.
Olfactory
Very aromatic nose, fine and pleasant. Aromas of fresh fruit such as apple, pear and some white flower notes.
Taste
Clear and lively opening. A wine with a good freshness and good aromas in the mouth.
Ageing
To be drink within 2 years.
Food and wine pairing
This wine goes very well with seafood, especially oysters, during the holiday season.
